We collect account information (such as name and email), listing content (including descriptions, photos, and pricing), platform connection data from linked marketplace accounts, sales and transaction data, and usage data to improve our services.
We use your data to provide and improve the Venda service, including generating listings, publishing to connected marketplaces, tracking sales, and providing analytics.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is only shared with third-party services strictly necessary to operate the platform, such as marketplace integrations and infrastructure providers.
Your data is stored in the United States using secure cloud infrastructure providers including Supabase and Vercel. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256 where applicable).
We follow industry-standard security practices including access controls, monitoring, and regular system updates to protect user data.
Venda integrates with third-party marketplace APIs including eBay, Etsy, and TikTok Shop. Data received from these integrations is used solely to deliver the service and is not shared with unauthorized parties.
We also use third-party service providers such as Clerk (authentication), Supabase (data storage), and Vercel (hosting).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@venda-list.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Venda is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or through the service.
